Terms of use

1. What the service does

The app shows the currency rates of banks in Uzbekistan, the Central Bank's official rate, gold prices, a calculator and tomorrow's dollar forecast. The app does not provide currency exchange services, does not move money and is not a bank — it only shows information.

2. Accuracy of the data

Rates come from the Central Bank's official data and the open data banks publish themselves. Bank rates are checked every three hours; the official CBU rate is published once each business day. A bank can change its rate at any moment, so the value in the app is for reference and may differ from the real rate at the bank's counter. Check the rate at the bank itself before you exchange.

3. Forecast and analysis

The forecast is based on technical analysis of historical data and is not financial advice. Actual exchange rates may vary.

The forecast, the trend, support levels and market sentiment scores are not investment or financial advice. Responsibility for decisions stays with the user.

4. Your account

The app is fully usable in guest mode. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your home screen order and pinned currencies sync between your devices. Keeping your account secure and controlling access to it is on your side. You can delete the account at any time in the app settings.

5. Free and Pro

The core is free: bank and CBU rates, gold prices, the calculator, the forecast and the analysis. The free plan includes 1 active rate alert and 7 days of chart history.

Kurs Pro opens unlimited rate alerts and the full chart history. There are three plans: monthly, yearly and a one-off lifetime. The final price is shown in the App Store and Google Play in your own currency.

Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically at the end of each period and are cancelled in your store settings. Payment and refund rules follow the terms of the relevant store — we do not take payments or issue refunds ourselves.

Ads may be shown in the app on the free plan; there are no ads on Pro.

6. Unacceptable use

• Interfering with the app, downloading data by automated means or putting excessive load on the server.
• Redistributing app or API data commercially without our written consent.
• Reverse-engineering the app code or bypassing protective measures.
• Attempting to access other people's accounts.

7. Intellectual property

The name, design, texts and code of the app belong to us. The rate data itself is not subject to copyright and belongs to its sources.

8. Changes to the service

We may add, change or discontinue features. Maintenance or an outage at a source may leave the data temporarily out of date; in that case the app shows the last loaded data and the time it was updated.

9. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from financial decisions taken on the basis of rate data, the forecast or calculator results. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro.

10. Changes to the terms and governing law

These terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page and the edit date above is updated. The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply to these terms.

11. Use on Apple devices

This section applies to the version of the app obtained through the App Store. You and we acknowledge that the agreement under these terms is between you and TURON DEVS LLC only; Apple is not a party to it. We alone are responsible for the app and its content, not Apple.

We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Where Apple allows, other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also access and use the app. These terms do not permit use that conflicts with those Apple rules.

We alone provide any maintenance and support required by these terms or applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.

We alone are responsible for any express or legally implied warranties for the app that have not been validly excluded. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app. To the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any further claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from a failure to meet a warranty are our sole responsibility.

We are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, not Apple. This includes product liability claims, claims that the app does not meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws. Nothing in these terms limits our liability beyond what the law permits.

If a third party claims that the app or your possession or use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we alone are responsible for investigating the claim, defending against it, settling it and satisfying any resulting obligations. Apple is not responsible for this.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

When using the app, you must comply with any applicable terms of agreements with third parties.

You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Once you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you and is deemed to have accepted that right.
